Nursery-Kindergarten:

424 Old Walpole Road, Keene, NH 03431  603-357-8663

This is where our Parent/Child and Nursery-Kindergarten classes meet. With its beautiful setting on 12 acres of fields, forests and streams, it is the perfect place for children to experience the wonder and magic of Waldorf education. We have four beautiful classrooms all with spectacular views of the Ashuelot River Valley. Outside we have wonderful play areas, vegetable and flower gardens, chickens, a sledding hill, trails through the woods, two streams, and endless opportunities for children to enjoy the natural world.

Elementary School:

98 S. Lincoln Street, Keene, NH 03431  603-357-4442

The school is located in a residential neighborhood on the east side of Keene, approximately one half mile from downtown. Many of our students live in the neighborhood and walk to school. Our large three story brick building was constructed in 1900 and has served as a school ever since. It was a public school until 1982 and was known as the Lincoln School. Monadnock Waldorf School leased the building from the school district in 1982 and purchased the building in 1986. In 2001, a five thousand square foot addition was added that houses an assembly room with seating for 200, as well as a library, offices, a teachers' room with a kitchen and handicap accessible bathrooms.

High School:

146 School Street, Keene, NH 03431  603-903-0064

Our High School is located at 146 School Street in Keene, N.H. The school is housed in the beautiful Tilden School building in a residential neighborhood in Keene. With its 12-foot ceilings and light-filled, spacious classrooms, this grand old building has been serving students in Keene for 125 years. The historic structure and its location are well suited to a high school program.  We are enriched by, and also enrich, the life of downtown Keene, which serves as our extended campus.
